Icons describe general node roles, inferred from node types. Inspect the parameters for the configured action.
Drag to pan; use + and − to zoom. Reconstructed from the exported node positions; nothing runs here. Dashed lines represent non-main connections. Full node names and notes appear below.
How it works
The exported workflow contains the following configured nodes. Their connections are shown above; inspect the JSON for the complete logic, expressions, and external actions.

Setup
- Download the JSON and import it into an isolated n8n instance. Leave the workflow inactive.
- Connect your own credentials through n8n’s credential store. Replace
REPLACE_WITH_*values with your resource identifiers. - Inspect API destinations, Code nodes, database queries, file paths, and outbound actions.
- Run with synthetic data and harmless destinations. Enable triggers only after checking the actual outputs.
Requirements
An n8n instance with the listed node types and compatible versions. Service-connected workflows may require accounts, credentials, or paid APIs.

GitHub Releases Config
GitHub Releases Config
- Edit the JavaScript array within this node's code area.
- Modify or add the repositories you want to follow. Each repository object needs a
name(custom display name) andgithub(format:owner/repo). - Example:
{ "name": "n8n", // Custom display name "github": "n8n-io/n8n" // GitHub path }, { "name": "LobeChat", "github": "lobehub/lobe-chat" } // ... add more repositories
Cron Trigger
Cron Trigger
Adjust the Rule setting to change the update check frequency (default is 0 */10 9-23 * * *, checking every 10 minutes between 9 AM and 11 PM daily).
Gemini (AI Model)
Gemini (AI Model)
- Select your configured Google Gemini credentials.
- (Optional) Replace with a different supported AI model node and select its credentials.
Information Extractor
AI Processing & Translation
- Main Configuration: Review the
System Prompt. By default, it asks the AI to extract information and translate it into Chinese. Modify this prompt if you need a different language or summary style.
Send Message
Send Message
Slack Notifications
- Select your configured Slack credentials in both Slack nodes.
- Set the target
Channel IDfor notifications.
Send Error
Send Error
- Select your configured Slack credentials in both Slack nodes.
- Set the target
Channel IDfor notifications.
Prerequisites
Prerequisites
- Redis: Have an available Redis service and configure its credentials in n8n.
- AI Provider (Gemini): Configure credentials for Google Gemini (or your chosen AI model) in n8n.
- Slack: Configure your Slack app credentials in n8n.
Slack Permissions Config
- In the
Bot Token Scopessection of theOAuth & Permissionsmenu, add the following permissions:chat:writechat:write.customize
- Perform the
Install(or Reinstall) operation in theInstall Appmenu. - Obtain the
Bot User OAuth Tokenand configure it in the credentials of n8n.

Purpose and structure
This folder contains the Github Releases workflow. Its executable nodes use code, dateTime, if, informationExtractor, limit, lmChatGoogleGemini, redis, rssFeedRead, scheduleTrigger, set, slack, splitInBatches. The table and connection map below are derived from the JSON, not an inferred guarantee of behavior.
Setup
Import inactive. Configure your own credentials and replace REPLACE_WITH_* values. Review external destinations and Code nodes before running.
