Icons describe general node roles, inferred from node types. Inspect the parameters for the configured action.

How it works

The exported workflow contains the following configured nodes. Their connections are shown above; inspect the JSON for the complete logic, expressions, and external actions.

Setup

  1. Download the JSON and import it into an isolated n8n instance. Leave the workflow inactive.
  2. Connect your own credentials through n8n’s credential store. Replace REPLACE_WITH_* values with your resource identifiers.
  3. Inspect API destinations, Code nodes, database queries, file paths, and outbound actions.
  4. Run with synthetic data and harmless destinations. Enable triggers only after checking the actual outputs.

Requirements

An n8n instance with the listed node types and compatible versions. Service-connected workflows may require accounts, credentials, or paid APIs.

Workflow notes

Trigger on a new Gumroad sale

Trigger on a new Gumroad sale

Requirements

  • A Gumroad account
  • A product listed. We used ours here
  • Head to Settings > Advanced, and create a new application

Set up

  • Paste your access token on this Gumroad sale trigger
Connection to [MailerLite](https://www.mailerlite.com/a/Kr9Yplim6ZhV) newsletter

Connection to MailerLite newsletter

Requirements

  • A Mailerlite account
  • A subscriber group created
  • Generate a new API from the Integrations menu

Set up

  • You will first need to create the subscriber with a simple Mailer lite node
  • In the second node call the endpoint to assign that same subscriber to the group you created manually on Mailerlite. For example, we named the group "Gumroad"
  • To get the group id, we ran a node that calls the "list groups" endpoint and we appended it to the url.

Requirements

  • Set up your api and credentials for Google Sheets. You can find the n8n docs here
  • Append the row to your table with your desired data collected previously
Why assign the subscriber to a group?

Why assign the subscriber to a group?

In MailerLite you can set up an automation that when a new subscriber is added into a group, a new email sequence begins, which allows you to send multiple emails to this user at a specific frequency.

This is a very powerful feature to funnel users to engage with your products or services.
