Icons describe general node roles, inferred from node types. Inspect the parameters for the configured action.
Drag to pan; use + and − to zoom. Reconstructed from the exported node positions; nothing runs here. Dashed lines represent non-main connections. Full node names and notes appear below.

Setup
- Download the JSON and import it into an isolated n8n instance. Leave the workflow inactive.
- Connect your own credentials through n8n’s credential store. Replace
REPLACE_WITH_*values with your resource identifiers. - Inspect API destinations, Code nodes, database queries, file paths, and outbound actions.
- Run with synthetic data and harmless destinations. Enable triggers only after checking the actual outputs.
Requirements
An n8n instance with the listed node types and compatible versions. Service-connected workflows may require accounts, credentials, or paid APIs.

Workflow notes
Wait
If the user log water recently. Wait for another 3x minutes
Sticky Note1
If already drink recently. Delay the notification in 3x minutes randomly
When User interact the drink button. Record the drink value to sheet and send back the iOS health log water url to start the shortcut
When User interact the drink button. Record the drink value to sheet and send back the iOS health log water url to start the shortcut
Note for Shortcut:
The shortcul url will be like shortcuts://run-shortcut?name=darrell_water&input=%7B%22value%22%3A100%2C%22time%22%3A%222025-03-04T16%3A10%3A15%22%7D
It's url encoded. The decoded version will be:
shortcuts://run-shortcut?name=darrell_water&input={"value":100,"time":"2025-03-04T16:10:15"}
We can see it pass the shortcut name and input with json string value. This will be used in iOS shortcut

Purpose and structure
This folder contains the Grab recent drink data workflow. Its executable nodes use googleSheets, if, limit, merge, openAi, scheduleTrigger, set, slack, summarize, wait, webhook. The table and connection map below are derived from the JSON, not an inferred guarantee of behavior.
Setup
Import inactive. Configure your own credentials and replace REPLACE_WITH_* values. Review external destinations and Code nodes before running.
Entry points
Schedule Trigger, slack drink webhook
Verification
Sanitized source candidate; not runtime-tested. This overview is generated from node metadata. Read the folder README for the connection map, credential types, and license.
