Setup
- Download the JSON and import it into an isolated n8n instance. Leave the workflow inactive.
- Connect your own credentials through n8n’s credential store. Replace
REPLACE_WITH_*values with your resource identifiers. - Inspect API destinations, Code nodes, database queries, file paths, and outbound actions.
- Run with synthetic data and harmless destinations. Enable triggers only after checking the actual outputs.
Requirements
An n8n instance with the listed node types and compatible versions. Service-connected workflows may require accounts, credentials, or paid APIs.

his automation workflow will dynamically create tables in an Airtable base for each of your Webflow Site Forms. Then, every form submission will be added as a record in those tables.
Getting started
- Create Webflow credential using API V1 Token
- Create a Personal Access Token for Airtable
- Connect credentials (please look at the notes to ensure the correct nodes are connected)
That's it! You do not need to add any custom code to your Webflow forms or site.
The name of your forms in the form settings section of the Designer in Webflow will be used to create the Airtable tables. This workflow will automatically do this for you.
