Icons describe general node roles, inferred from node types. Inspect the parameters for the configured action.
Drag to pan; use + and − to zoom. Reconstructed from the exported node positions; nothing runs here. Dashed lines represent non-main connections. Full node names and notes appear below.
How it works
The exported workflow contains the following configured nodes. Their connections are shown above; inspect the JSON for the complete logic, expressions, and external actions.
| Node | Category | Type | Operation |
|---|---|---|---|
| When clicking ‘Test workflow’ | Trigger | Manual Trigger | See node parameters |
| Get pdf file | Files / media | Google Drive | download |
| Get all img_url | Transform | Edit Fields | See node parameters |
| Analyze image | AI & models | Open Ai | image / analyze |
| Extract pdf image | Web / API | HTTP Request | POST |
| Get image data | Transform | Split Out | See node parameters |
| Get image analyze content | Transform | Edit Fields | See node parameters |
| Integrate all content to a a content | Code | Code | See node parameters |
| Output content to a .txt file | Transform | Convert To File | toText |
Setup
- Download the JSON and import it into an isolated n8n instance. Leave the workflow inactive.
- Connect your own credentials through n8n’s credential store. Replace
REPLACE_WITH_*values with your resource identifiers. - Inspect API destinations, Code nodes, database queries, file paths, and outbound actions.
- Run with synthetic data and harmless destinations. Enable triggers only after checking the actual outputs.
Requirements
An n8n instance with the listed node types and compatible versions. Service-connected workflows may require accounts, credentials, or paid APIs.

Setup
Setup
1.Set up your credentials when you first open the workflow. You’ll need accounts for OpenAI, Convert API, and Google Drive. 2.Convert API does not rate-limit your API, sometimes you may receive 503 service unavailable error. Nevertheless, it doesn’t mean that you cannot convert your file. It simply means that you should retry the conversion in a few seconds. 3.Upload a PDF with images to Google Drive. 4.Remove unnecessary parts and retrieve image-related information. 5.Integrate image and image analysis information together. 6.Analyze each image using the OPENAI GPT-4o model. 7.Retrieve all image analysis content and image URL 8.Integrate multiple image URLs and analysis content 9.Output content to a .txt file.
